Bonus Terms and Conditions — Updated April 2026

1. General Bonus Terms and Conditions

a) These Bonus Terms and Conditions apply to all promotions and campaigns offered by Us from time to time and form part of the General Terms and Conditions. Where Promotions have specific terms applicable to them, the specific terms will be stated within the offer and will supersede the relevant terms noted here.

b) Unless stated otherwise, you must deposit at least 20 €/$ or currency equivalent to claim any bonus. Wagering requirements must be met before any withdrawal can be made.

c) To advance the Progress Bar, a minimum bet of €0.10 EUR or equivalent is required.

d) Bonus Funds will expire 30 days after being awarded to you, unless stated otherwise.

e) Only one bonus can be claimed and be active at a time per player.

f) Bonus Funds can begin only when your Real Money is depleted. If you make a Real Money withdrawal before you have completed your Bonus wagering requirement, the remaining Bonus and any winnings associated therewith will be forfeited.

g) A Free Spin is typically specific to a single or group of games and cannot be transferred. Free Spins have no alternative cash value. Free Spins that remain unclaimed will be forfeited after 7 days, unless stated otherwise in a promotional offer. Any winnings from Free Spins are treated as Bonus Funds and therefore the wagering requirement must be met before a withdrawal may be requested.

h) Free Spins that are offered in conjunction with a Deposit Bonus will be credited after a player has wagered a minimum of 20 €/$ or currency equivalent on online slots in the Casino. Free spins that do not require a Deposit to trigger are only available if you have made a Deposit at least once within the past 30 days.

i) The maximum wager when a Bonus is pending, or actively being turned over is 5€/$ or currency equivalent and the max value per bet line is 0.50 €/$ or currency equivalent. You may lose your winnings if you do not follow this rule.

j) All Bonuses and promotions are limited to one per person, family, household address, email address, telephone number, same payment account number (e.g. debit or credit card, Skrill etc), IP, and shared computer, e.g. public library or workplace.

k) Bonus rounds and free spins do not qualify for the jackpot bonuses pursuant to casino software provider rules. Only real money rounds qualify for the jackpot bonuses.

l) Bonuses are awarded for the sole purpose of extending playing time for genuine customers in the Casino. The Company reserves the right to void winnings if you engage in any activity which is intended to take unfair advantage of a Bonus and / or abuse a promotion. This includes:

1. delaying game rounds in any game, including free spins and bonus features, to a later time when you have no wagering requirements.
2. leaving large bets on the table, for example in blackjack, and returning to the game after bonus wagering has been completed.
3. playing games with bonus money to build up in-game value, lose the bonus funds, and then cash out on the built-up value during real-money play.
4. using strategies that take advantage of any software bug or failure.
5. any other actions which may damage the Company.

m) The Company reserves the right to void a welcome offer, or any winnings derived from a welcome offer, where multiple of the following conditions are met:

1. Average bets exceed €2 (or local currency equivalent) while bonus funds are being wagered.
2. The player attempts to withdraw bonus winnings following completion of the wagering requirement without having wagered a deposit amount at least 2× with funds that are not tied to a bonus.
3. Play patterns indicate the welcome package was claimed without genuine recreational intent, including but not limited to:
   • Bonus round storing or state game exploitation - using bonus funds to build up in-game progress before returning with real money funds to trigger the accumulated value.
   • Risk-profile switching - switching games to different risk or volatility profiles at different stages of the funds lifecycle (e.g., high-volatility play during bonus wagering followed by low-volatility play to preserve winnings, or vice versa).
   • Hedge betting or zero-risk wagering - placing opposing bets on table games (e.g., red and black simultaneously in Roulette, or player and banker simultaneously in Baccarat) to churn through wagering requirements with minimal risk.
   • Syndicated or multi-account exploitation - groups of players, or one person using multiple accounts, systematically exploiting welcome offers at scale.

n) We reserve the right to withdraw the availability of any Promotion and void any winnings that are as a direct result of any Bonus Funds if you are found to have either acted with the sole intention of playing to profit from the bonus, abused the bonus, engaged in advantage play or suspected of engaging in fraudulent activity. These decisions shall be at our sole and absolute discretion.

o) If we have reasonable grounds to suspect that a Bonus is being claimed by or for the benefit of the same person more than once, or by a group of people acting in concert then we may withdraw the availability of any Bonus to that customer or group of customers, and/or void any winnings attributed to the Bonus. This includes any persons found to be members of known advantage seeker websites, forums and social media groups.

p) We reserve the right to lower the percentage of any Reload bonus for players who we deem have received an un-proportionate level of bonuses based on their bonus release to deposit ratio.

q) We reserve the right to limit player withdrawable winnings from a no deposit bonus to €50, unless stated otherwise in the terms. Any other bonus is limited to a max withdrawable win of €300, unless stated otherwise. If a player turns a bonus real and has a previous real money balance and begins wagering, the real money balance will be used to wager first. Winnings from bonus funds are used once your previous cash balance reaches zero or is insufficient to meet the stake.

r) Any monetary amount referred to within these Terms and Conditions refers to the euro equivalent at the applicable exchange rate on the day available to Us.

s) If you win a sum regarded by Us as worthy of publicity, you agree to make yourself available for any event of such nature arranged by Casino. While We will protect all personal data entrusted to us, we reserve the right to use first names and the first initial of the last name in any Casino announcement about promotion results or on the website or lobby.

t) You must not engage in any activity which is intended to take unfair advantage of a Bonus. Unfair advantage includes using Bonus and promotions without a commensurate level of real money transactions. Customers who have a bonus ratio (bonus/deposit) ratio of greater than 50% will be automatically excluded from promotions. In the scenario whereby a glitch or software error results in a promotion being made available to an excluded end user, any winnings from the bonus will be considered void.

2. Wagering Requirements

a) If you are eligible for a Bonus (for example, a login Bonus of 20$/€ or a Deposit Bonus of 100% up to a certain amount) wagering requirements will apply before you can make any withdrawals.

b) Unless otherwise stated, all Bonuses have a minimum wagering requirement of at least x 40. This means that the Bonus must be staked 40 times before any potential Winnings are converted into Real Money.

c) Within the Cashier you can see how much you have wagered and how much you have left to wager before your winnings turn into Real Money.

d) When claiming a casino bonus, any available Cash Balance on your Player Account will be used to wager first. Bonus Funds are used once your Cash Balance reaches zero or is insufficient to meet the stake.

e) All Winnings from Free spins are considered to be Bonus money, therefore need to be wagered 35x (unless stated otherwise) before withdrawal is possible. Winnings will be converted to Real Money only after the Bonus wagering requirements are met, unless stated otherwise in a promotional offer.

f) Casino Games are contributing towards the wager requirement as following:
